Happy Holidays All! These Drinks by the Dram advent calendar reviews will be short, sweet, and hopefully daily throughout December. More realistically though, life, work, and late-night meetings will either cause these posts to double up occasionally or extend past the 24th. That Bourique-y Whiskey Company 24-Year-Old Bourbon

• Nose: Vanilla, Baking Spice, Coffee Bean, Dark Fruits (Berries), Leather, and Brown Sugar
• Palate: Vanilla, Dry Oak, Raisins or Prunes, Caramel, Bitter Cacao, and Baking Spice
• Finish: Short… Vanilla and Baking Spice
• My Rating: Drink It! (If this had a bit more proof and finish, I truly believe this would be a phenomenal Bourbon)

Please remember, drinking bourbon is a personal adventure, so do not be afraid to drink it neat, with ice, or add some water. It’s your bourbon, you bought it, and you should enjoy it how you want to enjoy it!
