Bourbon Reviews!
Since this site is dedicated to bourbon, there will always be bourbon reviews, but I am not biased toward other spirits. So, I may include the occasional whiskey or scotch here, and those interested in wine can visit the Bourbon Bossman® Wine Review Page. For more information on the Bourbon Bossman® rating scale, please visit the blog post on How to Review Bourbon Like a Boss.
So if you are curious about bourbon like I am, and enjoy reading reviews and the occasional rant, please feel free to subscribe and follow my adventures.
Review of Barrell Bourbon 12 Year
Over the past few years, I have really become impressed with the releases from Barrell Craft Spirits. Although I will be the first to admit that the sheer amount of bottles they release can be overwhelming, that has tempered back a bit, and the quality of quantity has become more…

Review of Maker’s Mark The Stewards Release
In my opinion, the annual wood finishing releases from this distillery have always ranged in quality. Thus, I have lately been very hesitant to purchase and review them, but I decided to take a chance with this bottle, knowing nothing and reading no reviews on it. Today’s review comes from…

I am not sure about others who enjoy the wonderful world of bourbon, but I sure am a sucker when it comes to a larger age-stated number on the front of a bottle. There is nothing like walking down the aisle of your local store, browsing the shelf, when your…

Review of Bernheim Original 20th Anniversary Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey
In all honesty, this was not a whiskey on my radar for review, as it is typically quite hard to find any of this distillery’s limited releases in NoCo. However, a few weeks ago, we stopped into one of our local stores in FoCo on the way home from our…
