These Manic Monday Reviews will be short and sweet. There will be basic background information, a bottle review, and will be posted irregularly; unlike the weekly Friday reviews. These reviews will focus on older or past releases, single barrel releases, bottles that were lost or forgotten on my shelf, or whenever I just want to focus on the bourbon, not the write-up. With that said, today’s review is of Evernorth Spirits Co. Omen Release: Night Stalker Volume 1.

So with that said, let’s get our taste on!

• Nose: Vanilla, Cinnamon, Rye Spice, Fruity (Raspberry/Strawberry), Buttercream Frosting, and Oak
• Palate: Vanilla, Brown Sugar, Rye Spice, Oak, and Stewed Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
• Finish: Medium to Long with Notes of Sweet Dry Oak and Rye Spice
• My Rating: Mix It!/Drink It! (This is a solid blend of MGP, Barton, and Sagamore Straight Bourbon Whiskeys. I definitely look forward to future bottles from this distillery!)
