Welcome to Bourbon Bossman®

Eagle Rare with Bourbon Bossman Glass and notebook

Reviewing Bourbon Like A Boss, with the occasional review of whiskey and scotch, too. This is not my professional career, as I am a Historian and Public Administrator. Having written throughout my life, I found myself drawn back to writing in 2020. I began this journey to bring my passion for writing and bourbon together through telling my stories of finding, tasting, and providing bourbon and whiskey reviews.

By no means am I an expert when it comes to this industry, but I am sure having fun! I am now a Stave and Thief Certified Executive Bourbon Steward. So, if you are curious about bourbon like I am and enjoy reading reviews and the occasional rant, please feel free to subscribe and follow my adventures.

As always, please remember drinking bourbon is a personal adventure, so do not be afraid to drink it neat, with ice, or add some water. It’s your bourbon, you bought it, and you should enjoy it how you want to enjoy it!

Cheers! Prost! Sláinte!
